Passed in 2023, Statute 768.0706 requires ALL multi-family properties to obtain a CPTED Assessment along with training for employees by January 1st, 2025.
Multi-Family Properties include:
Apartment Buildings and Communities.
Condominium and Townhome Communities.
Hotels and hospitality properties that consist of individual condo ownership.
Any
